Enrolment
In order to enrol at Yappera, your child must:
- Be aged between 6 months and 5 years of age
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Be up to date with their immunisations; or provide evidence of medical exemption

Due to regulation requirements, your child will not be able to start at Yappera until we have your completed enrolment form, child’s birth certificate, immunisation record and if applicable, relevant court custody/protection orders.

At Yappera, your child will enjoy a safe, family-centred learning environment that is grounded in culture. Every child who attends Yappera receives nurturing support that is tailored to their unique needs and learning style.

- Show you around our Early Years Centre and Health and Wellbeing Wing
- Introduce you to your child’s Aunties (Educators)
- Share more about our programs with you
- Support you through the enrolment process
- Answer any outstanding questions you have
Fees
Yappera aims to ensure our programs and services are affordable and sustainable for families.
Yappera can guide you through the process of applying for Centerlink’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS). CCS provides assistance to help you with the cost of child care. For more information on CCS, see here.
All families are required to pay their fees via direct debit.
